Ministerial Regulation Prescribing Fees and Costs in Land Excavation and Fill, B.E. 2546 (2003). By virtue of provisions of Section 10, Section 17 Paragraph 5 and Section 26 Paragraph 4 of the Land Excavation and Fill Act B.E. 2543 (2000), which is an Act containing certain provisions in relation to the restriction of rights and liberties of a person, in respect of which Section 29 in conjunction with Section 35, Section 48 and Section 50 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand so permit by virtue of provisions of law, the Minister of Interior, by the advice of the Land Excavation and Fill Committee, hereby issues the Ministerial Regulation as follows. Clause 1. The fees shall be prescribed as follows: (1) notification receipt for land excavation or fill: 500 baht per copy (2) fee for copying or photocopying: 1 baht per page. Clause 2. The costs shall be prescribed as follows: (1) transportation cost for inspection of sites of land excavation or fill: payable as necessary and actually incurred (2) allowance for travelling to inspect sites of land excavation or fill: payable as necessary in accordance with government regulations to the person performing duties, at the rate equal to that of the government. Given on the 14th Day of October B.E. 2546 Pramuan Ruchanaseree Deputy Minister, for Minister of Interior Remark: The grounds for promulgation of this Ministerial Regulation are: Whereas Section 10, Section 17 Paragraph 5 and Section 26 Paragraph 4 of the Land Excavation and Fill Act B.E. 2543 (2000) provide that the Minister of Interior shall have the power to issue a Ministerial Regulation prescribing fees and costs in land excavation and fill, it is therefore necessary to issue this Ministerial Regulation.
