Ministerial Regulation No. 3 issued under the Plant Quarantine Act, B.E. 2507

(1} MINISTERIAL REGULATION NO.J (B.E. 250?) Issu~d tmder the Plant ~uarant1ne Act,. B.E. 2507 By virtue of Sect1onS"i5, 16 and 27 of the Flant Quarantine Act, B.E. 2507, the Minister of Agriculture hereby issues a Ministerial Regulation as follows: Article 1.- AnJ person being desirous of applying for a ph7tosauitary oert1f1cate for p1ant5 or p1aJ:1t products to be exported, shall submit an application ·1n the form of the DepartmP.nt of Agricul ture tu the plant qu.arant1ne of:flctH' at the pl.ant q uarantine otntion, or at the Plallt Quarantine Section, Plant Industry O1v1s1on, Depart ment o:r Agr1cu1ture. Article 2 .- 'lhe owner shall deal with the plants or plant :pr.oducts to be ex'P()rted according to the 1nstruct1on of the Pl8l'lt, q,uaran.tine off.1oer such ~B :· (1) To have them fumigated or treated with chem1cal bY means of spraylng or by any other mea ..
