หน้า ๕๑ เล่ม ๑๓๓ ตอนพิเศษ ๗๖ ง ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๙ ประกาศกรมประมง เร่ือง กําหนดประเภทและขนาดเครื่องมือทําการประมงโดยไม่ใช้เรือประมงที่ต้องได้รับใบอนุญาต พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ อาศัยอํานาจตามความในมาตรา ๓๕ แห่งพระราชกําหนดการประมง พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ อธิบดี กรมประมงออกประกาศไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ข้อ ๑ ให้เคร่ืองมือต่อไปนี้ทุกขนาดเป็นเคร่ืองมือทําการประมงโดยไม่ใช้เรือประมงที่ต้องได้รับ ใบอนุญาตทําการประมง (๑) ประเภทเคร่ืองมือโป๊ะ (๒) บาม (๓) ยอขันช่อ (๔) ช้อนปีก ยอปีก (๕) ไซนั่งหรือลอบกุ้ง ข้อ ๒ ประกาศนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเม่ือพ้นกําหนดสามสิบวันนับตั้งแต่วันที่ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๑๖ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ วิมล จันทรโรทัย อธิบดีกรมประมง
