Resolution No. 1881/W In accordance with the provisions stipulated in the I..egisla:tive Decree No. 30 dated 25 August 1964 concerning the protection of aquatic life, and on basis of Resolution No. 460 for the year 1965 on fishing regulations in the brackish waters, 88 well as upon proposal of the Public Establishment for Fisheries. i+ Article 1 The Minister of Agriculture & Agrarian Reform has decided the foll.owing: The 1st Article from Resolution No. 138/I dated 10 September 1978 shall be amended 88 follows: Sea fishlng by means of drag nets shall be forbidden as from 15 May to 14 September each year. Anlcle2 This resolution shall be published and communicated to whoever may be bound to comply with its provisions. D.unascus 29 August 1979.
