Order on payment for making the information on environment available

1 273 ORDER of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic from 18 August 1998 on Payment for Making the Information on Environment Available Ministry of Environment according to article 13 paragraph 7 of the Act No. 171/1998 Coll. on the Access to the Information on Environment enacts: Article 1 This Order sets the details concerning the method of determination of payment for making the information on environment available (hereafter “payment”)1 and its paying. Article 2 (1) Payment is defined as a sum of a) material costs of making the information on environment available2 (hereafter “material costs”), b) wage costs of employees of the relevant body or organization3 making the information on environment available (hereafter “provider of the information”) during the time necessary for making the information available, c) packaging costs and mail charges. (2) Payment is calculated according to following equation: N=M+MZ⋅t+P, where “N” is payment for making the information available in Slovak Koruna, “M” is material costs, “MZ” is wage costs, “t” is time necessary to make information available, “P” is packaging costs and mail charges. (3) Material costs are defined as follows below: a) one sheet of black and white photocopy or sheet from computer printer size A4............................................. SKK 2 size A3............................................. SKK 4 b) one sheet of black and white photocopy or sheet from computer printer of other size then referred to in letter a) or color photocopy or photocopy on other material than white paper 80-120g/m2 - in the sum of real costs of reproduction, c) copy of sound record, video record, record on diskette, record on cassette or on any other mean technically reproducible in the sum of real costs of reproduction, price of the mean including. (4) Wage costs are SKK 60 per hour of work or its part. (5) Mail charges and package costs are added in real amount. Article 3 (1) Requester pays the payment to provider of information in cash to its pay-office or by cheque to its account in a bank or by money transfer from an account in a bank. (2) Provider of information may request beforehand paying of payment4 especially if a) amount of payment is according to Article 2 higher than SKK 500, 1 Article 13 of the Act No. 171/1998 Coll. on the Access to the Information on Environment. 2 Article 2 of the Act No. 171/1998 Coll. 3 Article 4 of the Act No. 171/1998 Coll. 4 Article 13 of the Act No. 171/1998 Coll. 2 b) requester has not paid whole amount of previous payment for making the information on environment available or he/she paid after reminder or he/she otherwise made obstacles to the work of information provider, c) information provider considers it necessary because of limitation of problems connected to paying of payment or its exaction, especially in the case the request for making the information on environment available concerns the information on environment being part of unfinished document or there are doubts related to accuracy or entirety of requestors address. Article 4 This order comes into effect on the day it was published
