Na podlagi sedmega odstavka 21. člena Zakona o Vladi Republike Slovenije (Uradni list RS, št. 24/05 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo) izdaja Vlada Republike Slovenije U R E D B O o izvajanju Uredbe Sveta o uvedbi sistema statističnega spremljanja trgovine s tuni, mečaricami in veleokimi tuni znotraj Skupnosti 1. člen Ta uredba določa pristojni organ za izvajanje Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 1984/2003 z dne 8. aprila 2003 o uvedbi sistema statističnega spremljanja trgovine s tuni, mečaricami in veleokimi tuni znotraj Skupnosti (UL L št. 295 z dne 13. 11. 2003, str. 1, v nadaljnjem besedilu: Uredba 1984/2003/ES). 2. člen Pristojni organ za izvajanje Uredbe 1984/2003/ES je Carinska uprava Republike Slovenije. 3. člen Ta uredba začne veljati petnajsti dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Republike Slovenije.
