No. S 43 SINGAPORE FOOD AGENCYACT 2019 SINGAPORE FOOD AGENCY (CERTIFICATION MARKS) (AMENDMENT) NOTIFICATION 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(r) of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, the Singapore Food Agency makes the following Notification: Citation and commencement 1. This Notification is the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 31 January 2022. Amendment of paragraph 2 2. Paragraph 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 283/2019) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (d) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph: “(e) the Laboratory Recognition Programme Certification Mark set out in Part 5 of the Schedule.”. Amendment of Schedule 3. The Schedule to the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 is amended by inserting, immediately after Part 4, the following Part: S 43/20221 “PART 5 LABORATORY RECOGNITION PROGRAMME CERTIFICATION MARK ”.
