SALE OF FOOD ACT (CHAPTER 283, SECTION 56(1)) SALE OF FOOD (FEES) REGULATIONS Rg 4 G.N. No. S 309/2002 REVISED EDITION 2004 (29th February 2004) [29th February 2004] Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations. Fees 2. The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof. THE SCHEDULE Regulation 2 FEES First column Second column 1. For food establishment licence: (a) small food processing establishment with total floor area less than 200 square metres $180 per annum (b) medium food processing establishment with total floor area between 200 and 750 square metres $360 per annum (c) large food processing establishment with total floor area more than 750 square metres $600 per annum (d) any other food establishment $120 per annum 4.
