Premises declared to be protected area The Schedule In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 11) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 26th December 2001. Premises declared to be protected area 2. The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions
