Citation and commencement 2. Port limits 3. Cancellation The Schedule In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport, after consultation with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification: Citation and commencement 1. This Notificationmay be cited as theMaritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port Limits) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2006. Port limits 2. The waters within the limits described in the Schedule and any place or premises which is under the control of or used by the Authority for the purpose of carrying out its duties or functions are declared to be a port for the purposes of the Act. Cancellation 3.
