LAND TITLES (STRATA) ACT (CHAPTER 158) LAND TITLES (STRATA) (NON-APPLICATION OF SECTION 6) (NO. 2) NOTIFICATION 2004 ARRANGEMENT OF PARAGRAPHS Paragraph 1. Citation and commencement 2. Specified building In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 (3) of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification: Citation and commencement 1. This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Non-Application of Section 6) (No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 12th April 2004. Specified building 2. The Minister hereby specifies that the provisions of section 6 of the Act shall not apply to the PSA Building (Lot 2697T Mukim 1 comprised in Certificate of Title Vol. 605 Folio 151) controlled, managed and administered by Heliconia Realty Pte Ltd.
