LAND REVENUE COLLECTION ACT (CHAPTER 155, SECTION 27) LAND REVENUE COLLECTION (FEES) RULES R 1 G.N. No. S 311/1989 REVISED EDITION 1990 (25th March 1992) [21st July 1989] Citation 1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Revenue Collection (Fees) Rules. Fees 2. —(1) The following fees shall be payable under the Act: (a) for service of a notice of demand $20 (b) for service of a notice of sale $30. (2) A Collector of Land Revenue may in his discretion remit either wholly or in part both or either of the fees specified in these Rules.
