ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH ACT (CHAPTER 95, SECTIONS 94(5) AND 113) ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH (LICENCE FEES) REGULATIONS Rg 4 G.N. No. S 135/2000 REVISED EDITION 2002 (31st January 2002) [1st April 2000] Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) Regulations. Fees 2. The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof shall be payable to the Agency.
