ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT ACT (CHAPTER 94A, SECTION 77) ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT (FEES FOR LICENCES) REGULATIONS Rg 3 G.N. No. S 158/1999 REVISED EDITION 2008 (31st January 2008) [1st April 1999] Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Fees for Licences) Regulations. Fees 2. The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof shall be payable to the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources. THE SCHEDULE FEES First column Second column (1) For the grant or renewal of a licence to import or sell hazardous substances (a) $70 for 3 months (b) $280 for one year (c) $560 for 2 years (2) For making amendments to a licence to import or sell hazardous substances on any one occasion $30.
