Prescribed date under section 20B of Act In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20F of the Carbon Pricing Act 2018, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations are the Carbon Pricing (Allowances — Prescribed Date) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 January 2024. Prescribed date under section 20B of Act 2.
