These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Veterinary Fees) Rules. Fees 2. The fees set out in the Schedule shall be payable to the Director of Primary Production in respect of the matters set out therein. Exemption 3. The Minister may, in his discretion, exempt any person from the payment of the fees or part thereof prescribed by these Rules. Certification of freedom from rabies in dog-bite cases $37 per examination 5. Application fee for registration of veterinary vaccines or biologics $210 per vaccine or biologic 6. Licence to treat, vaccinate or inoculate animals or birds $40 per annum or part thereof per licence 7. Restricted licence to vaccinate or inoculate animals or birds with veterinary biologics $16 per annum or part thereof per licence 8. Licence to possess veterinary biologics $45 per licence 9. Professional service fee (i) $63 per hour or part thereof (ii) $133 per hour or part thereof outside office hours or on an urgent basis 10. Technical service fee (i) $38 per hour or part thereof (ii) $80 per hour or part thereof outside office hours or on an urgent basis.
