Citation and commencement 2. Certification Mark The Schedule In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (q) of the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority Act, the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority hereby makes the following Notification: Citation and commencement 1. This Notification may be cited as the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) (No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 23rd April 2004. Certification Mark 2.
