1. Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 juli 2025.
2. Genom förordningen upphävs förordningen (2018:195) om reduktion av växthusgasutsläpp från vissa fossila drivmedel.
3. Den upphävda förordningen gäller fortfarande för reduktionsplikt för bensin och diesel för tiden före ikraftträdandet och för reduktionsplikt för flygfotogen för tiden före utgången av 2024.
