1. Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 januari 2026.
2. Bestämmelserna i 6 § tillämpas första gången för den tillsynsperiod som börjar löpa den 1 januari 2027 eller närmast därefter.
3. Genom förordningen upphävs förordningen (2014:35) om fastställande av intäktsram på naturgasområdet.
