1. Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 januari 2025.
2. Genom förordningen upphävs förordningen (2000:284) om stöd till kommersiell service.
3. Bestämmelserna i 19-21 §§ den upphävda förordningen gäller dock fortfarande för hemsändningsbidrag som avser kommunens kostnader för kalenderåret 2024.
4. De nya bestämmelserna i 10-14 §§ tillämpas första gången i fråga om stöd som avser kommunens kostnader för kalenderåret 2025.
