Förordning (2015:305) om rapportering av olyckor vid olje- och gasverksamhet till havs utanför Europeiska unionen SFS nr: 2015:305 Departement/myndighet: Näringsdepartementet RSN Utfärdad: 2015-05-28 Ändringsregister: SFSR (Regeringskansliet) Källa: Fulltext (Regeringskansliet) 1 § Denna förordning innehåller föreskrifter i anslutning till lagen (2015:280) om rapportering av olyckor vid olje- och gasverksamhet till havs utanför Europeiska unionen. 2 § Kustbevakningen är tillsynsmyndighet enligt 3 § lagen (2015:280) om rapportering av olyckor vid olje- och gasverksamhet till havs utanför Europeiska unionen. 3 § Kustbevakningen får meddela föreskrifter om vad en rapport enligt 2 § lagen (2015:280) om rapportering av olyckor vid olje- och gasverksamhet till havs utanför Europeiska unionen ska innehålla.
