1. Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 januari 2023 i fråga om 7, 14 och 15 §§ och i övrigt den 13 februari 2023.
2. Genom förordningen upphävs förordningen (2010:178) om skatt på energi den 13 februari 2023.
3. Den upphävda förordningen gäller fortfarande för förhållanden som hänför sig till tiden före upphävandet.
