THE PRESERVATION OF WILD ANIMALS ORDINANCE, 1935 ORDER DECLARING PERIODS OF CLOSE SEASONS (1935 S.N. No. IIZ) In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 15 of the Preservation of Wild Animals Ordinance, 1935, the Game Warden hereby declares the under-mentioned periods to be close seasons for the birds mentioned: 1. The period from the 15th of March to 31st of August inclusive shall be a close season for Sand Grouse. z. The period from the rst of May to the 31st of October inclusive shall be a close season for Bustard. 3. The period from the rst of June to 30th of September inclusive shall be a close season for all species of duck and geese. 29
