UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION Republic Presidency Presidential Decree No. (21) 2005 Declaration of boundaries of Southern Kordofan State Pursuant to Article 58 of the Interim Constitution of the Republic of Sudan 2005, after consultations in the Republic Presidency and according to Article 2-1 of the Resolution of the Conflict in two states of Southern Kordofan and Blue Nile and Article 10 of the Agreement (31 Dec 04) and the States Divisions Act 2005, hereby issues the following decrees: Declaration on the Southern Kordofan State 1. Boundaries of Southern Kordofan State shall be the previous boundaries of Southern Kordofan Province as defined in the attached Act of the division of the provinces in 1974, which is annexed to this decree.
