SI 25 2025 - Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) Order 2025 Land Reclamation Actth[5 May 2025] 189 SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTEREPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SI S.I. 25 of 2025 LAND RECLAMATION ACT (Cap 106) Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) Order, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Land Reclamation Act, the Minister responsible for lands makes the following order — Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) Order, 2025. Retrospective Authority 2. Retrospective Authority is given for the reclamation area specified in the Schedule — SCHEDULE A portion of land situated at Ile Perseverance, Mahe of approximately 3011 square metres bounded — (a) on the northern side by parcels H14383 and H14384; (b) on the southern side by the sea; (c) on the eastern side by the sea; (d) on the western side by the sea, and surveyed as parcel H15103. thMADE this 28 day of April, 2025 BILLY RANGASAMY MINISTER OF LANDS AND HOUSING ——————— Page 1
