SI 15 2026 - Fisheries Regulations 2026 Fisheries and Aquaculture Actth[16 March 2026] 51 SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTEREPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SI S.I. 15 of 2026 FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE ACT, 2025 (Act 3 of 2025) Fisheries Regulations 2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 145 of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Act, 2025 read with section 11 of the said Act, the Minister responsible for Fisheries, Agriculture and Blue Economy makes the following regulations — Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations 2026. Amendment of regulation 5 of Fisheries Regulations 1987 2. Regulation 5 of the Fisheries Regulations 1987 (S.I.35 of 1987) (hereinafter referred to as the “principal regulations”) is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (a) thereof without prejudice to anything done thereunder prior to such repeal. Repeal of the First Schedule 3. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is repealed. thMADE this 09 day of March, 2026.
