Section 13A SI. 24 of 1995 Coco-de-Mer (Management) Decree (Declaration of Coco-de-Mer Nut) Notice Citation 1. This Notice may be cited as the Coco-de-Mer (Manage ment) Decree (Declaration of Coco-de-Mer Nut) Notice. Date of 2. A declaration under section 13A(1) of the Decree shall be declaration made within 30 days after the date of publication of this Notice. Form of Notice 3. The declaration under paragraph 2 shall be in the Form specified in the Schedule. Submission of 4. The declaration under paragraph 2 shall be submitted to the declaration registering officer of the Division of Environment of the Ministry.
