[15th September 2014] Supplement to Official Gazette 1525 S.I. 6S of 2014 ANIMAL AND PLANT BIOSECURITY ACT, 2014 (Act 10 0/2014) Animal and Plant Biosecurity (Designation of Agency Responsible for Biosecurity) Order, 2014 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Animal and Plant BiosecurityAct, 2014, the President makes the following Order-s 1. This Order may be cited as the Animal and Plant Biosecurity (Designation of Agency Responsible for . Biosecurity) Order, 2014. 2. The President hereby designates the Seychelles Agricultural Agency established under section 3 of the Seychelles Agricultural Agency Act, 2009 (Act 4 of 2009) as the agency responsible for biosecurity for the purposes of the Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014.
