[1st December 2014] Supplement to Official Gazette 627 AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES (INCENTIVES) (REPEAL) ACT, 2014 (Act 22 of 2014) I assent ~&x., 1.A. Michel President 20th November, 2014 AN ACT to repeal the Agriculture and Fisheries (Incentives) Act, 2005 (Act 2 of2005). ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. 1. This Act may be cited as the Agriculture and Fisheries (Incentives) (Repeal) Act, 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st January, 2015. Short title and commencement • 628 Supplement to Official Gazette [1st December 2014] Repeal of Act 30[2005 2. The Agriculture and Fisheries (Incentives) Act, 2005 is hereby repealed.
