Stanley Festus Sofu, the Minister for Environment, Climate Change, Disaster Management and Meteorology, make the following Regulations: 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife Protection and Management (Amendment) Regulations 2022. 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on the day they are published in the Gazette. 3 Amendment of Wildlife Protection and Management Regulations These Regulations amend the Wildlife Protection and Management Regulations 2008 (Legal Notice 78 of 2008) (“Principal Regulations”). 4 Schedule 2 amended Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Forms 3 and 4.
