Citation Principal Regulations am'ended ~ -----r---- - ~ /66 SUPPLEMENT to the Solomon Is'lands Gazette Monday 18th August, 2014 S.I.No.47 [Legal Notice No. 60] FOREST RESOURCES AND TIMBER UTILISATION ACT (Cap. 40:) I FOREST RESOURCES AND TIMBER UTILISATION (FELLING LICENCES) (AMENDMENT)iREGULATIONS 2014 IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me hy section 44 of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act (Cap. 40), I make tll,ese Regulations I . (I) These Regulations ma~ be cited as the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation (Felling Licences) (Amendn1ent) Regulations 2014. (2) These Regulations com'~ into force on the date on which they are published in the Gazetie. 2. (1) The Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation (Felling Licences) Regulations 2005 is amended by deleting Regulation 7(c)(ix) and replacing as follows: ··Forest Licences Performance Bond a bank guarantee to the ,vaue of SBD 250,000.00 issued by a locally operated commercial bank in favour of Solomon I Islands Government; Forestry Division on account of the licensee.
