ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ КОМИТЕТ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПО РЫБОЛОВСТВУ ПРИКАЗ 18.09.2001 N 294 О ВНЕСЕНИИ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ В ПРИКАЗ ГОСКОМРЫБОЛОВСТВА РОССИИ ОТ 30.08.2001 N 276; В целях приведения отдельных положений приказа Госкомрыболовства России от 30.08.2001 N 276; НГР:В0105742 в соответствие с постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 21.05.2001 N 390; "Об утверждении Положения об определении общих допустимых уловов водных биологических ресурсов" внести в приказ Госкомрыболовства России от 30.08.2001 N 276; следующие изменения: из пункта 3 исключить слова "внутренних пресноводных водоемах".
