ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ КОМИТЕТ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПО РЫБОЛОВСТВУ ПРИКАЗ 21.05.2002 N 203 О ВНЕСЕНИИ ДОПОЛНЕНИЙ В ПРИКАЗ ГОСКОМРЫБОЛОВСТВА РОССИИ ОТ 21.09.2001 N 301 "ОБ УТВЕРЖДЕНИИ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ О ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОМ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОМ УЧРЕЖДЕНИИ "ЗАПАДНО-КАСПИЙСКОЕ БАССЕЙНОВОЕ УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ПО ОХРАНЕ, ВОСПРОИЗВОДСТВУ РЫБНЫХ ЗАПАСОВ И РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЮ РЫБОЛОВСТВА" В связи с созданием на территории Республики Северная Осетия Алания Северо-Осетинской республиканской инспекции рыбоохраны приказываю: 1. Пункт 1 "Общие положения" Положения о федеральном государственном учреждении "Западно-Каспийское бассейновое управление по охране, воспроизводству рыбных запасов и регулированию рыболовства" дополнить подпунктом 21 следующего содержания: "21. Северо-Осетинская республиканская инспекция рыбоохраны, Республика Северная Осетия - Алания, г. Владикавказ, ул. Некрасова, 7". 2. Контроль выполнения настоящего Приказа возложить на заместителя председателя комитета В.И. Волоха. Председатель Комитета Е. НАЗДРАТЕНКО
