SINDII WILDLIFE I'ROTEC,ION (MIEND~IENT)ACT, 1990 All Act 10amend the Sindt, H11dlife Protection Ordinance, 1972 [Gazcuc of Sindh, Extraordinary, Pari IV, 17th July, 1990J No. PAS/Lcgis.-B-2/9O, dated 17-7·1990.-.The Sindh Wildlife Protection (Amendmenl) Bill, 1990 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 27th June. 1990 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 9th July, 1990 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh, Preamble.s-Whcrcas it is expedient to amend the SinJh Wildlife Prolc~lion Ordinance, 1972, in the ma~ncr hereinafter appearing; \l is hereby enacted as follows: 1. Short title and 'conunencemcnt.c-I l ) This ACI may be called the Sindh lVildlife Protection (Amendment) Act, 1990. (2) \l shall come into force at oncc. 2. Amendment of section <I of Sindh Ordinance V of 1972.--111. the ~mJh wildlife Protection Ordinance. 1972, in section 4, for suhscciion (4), the following ~all he substiturcd:» . ~(4) Chief Minister of Sindh or any person nominated by him shall he the Chief Game Warden and ex-officio Chairman of the Board." 3. Repeal of Sindh Ordinance I of 1990.··The Sindh Wildlife Protection (Amendment) Ordinance,l990 is hereby repealed.
