AcrNo. XIv or 2023 AN ACT lo umend the Pakistan Council of Reseorch in lloter Resourcet WHEREAS, it is exp€dient to aftcnd the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resourc€s Act, 2007 It ls hereby emcred as follows: I Short title rnd commencemeot.-{1) This Act shall be called the Pakisran Council of Research in Water Rcsources (Amendmenr) Ac! 202i. (l7t) Price: k. 5.00 [80](2023)€x. Gaz.]. It2 TIIIJ(JAIl.lII- OI- PAKISTAN. EXTRA. APRIL I(. 2023 TI (2) I( shall c,,me ;nto lbrce at once 2. Substitution of S€ction 16, Act I of 2007.-ln the said Ac! for Section 16, the following shall be subsututed, namely "16. Appointmenrs.--{ I ) The Council may appoin( such employees as it may consider necesvry for the efficicnl pcrformance of its fiinctions on such terms and conditions as may be prescrib€d. (2) All appoinorents :nd proxrotions in the Council shall be in accordance with the service rules and regulations of the Council.
