Amendment oi section 1, Act XXXII oi 1975,· -In the Exclusive Fishery Zone (Regulation of Fishing) Act. 1975 (XXXll of 197:i), hereinafter relerl'ed: to as the· said Act, in section I, for sub-section (2) the following shall be subi stitutcd, namely: " (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan and to waters within the Zone." 3. Amendmenl oi section 2, Acl XXXll of 1975.-ln the said Act, in section 2, la) in clause (g), the word "and ", at the end, shall be omitted ; (b) in clause (h), for the full stop at the end the semicolon and wo,:d ; and " shall be substituted ; and (c) after clause (h), amended as aforesaid, the following new clause shall be added, namely : u (i) " Zone ·· means the Exclusive Economic Zone specified in section 6 of the Territorial Waters and Maritime, Zones Act, .197~ (LXXXII of 1976). ". 4. Amendment of section !>, Act XXXII oi 1975,-In the said Act, in section 9. (a) in sub-section (!), for the words "fine which may extend to five thousand rupees " the words and commas " rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years, or with fine which may extend lo ten million rupees, or with both " shall be substituted ; and (b) in sub-section (2), after the word "taken", the commas and words'•, and any fishing craft and fishing gear used," shall be inserted.
