(a) in the heading, for the words “peasants, No. V of 2010. professionals and social workers” the words “and peasants” shall be inserted;
(b) in sub-section (2), after the words “whose number” the commas and words “, in each category,” shall be substituted; and at the end before full-stop the words “under each category” shall be inserted;
(c) sub-section (2-A) shall be omitted; and
(d) in sub-section (3), for the word “and” a comma shall be substituted; and thereafter the word and brackets with number “and (2-A)” shall be omitted. Amendment of 5. In the said Act, in section 18 the words “or the Election Section 18, Act Commission” shall be omitted. No. V of 2010. Amendment of 6. In the said Act, in section 27 for the words “prescribed Section 27, Act authority in such manner as the Government may direct” the No. V of 2010. words “Election Commission” shall be substituted. Repeal 7. The Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act No.II of 2014) and the Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance, 2014 are hereby repealed.
