VOLUME III: 1971-1973 34 THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR LAND REFORMS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1971 (Act X of 1971) An Act to amend the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Land Reforms Act, 1960. 1. Short title and commencement:- (1) This Act shall be called the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Land Reforms Amendment Act, 1971. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment.- The amendment shall be as follows : (1) "Section 22, 23 and 24 in part VII of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Land Reforms Act, 1960 shall be deleted from the said Act. (2) The Section and parts following to Section 22, 23 and 24 and part VII of the said Act shall be renumbered suitably.
