Villaqe Courts (Amendment) Requlation 1939, Being a Regulation to amend the Villaqe Courts Requlation (Cha9ter ·44 I, MADE by the Head oE State, acting with, and in accordance •,1ith. the advice of the Nati ona 1 Exe cut 1 'le Council under the Vi 11 aqe Courts Act ( Cha9ter 44). REPEAL AND RE?LACEMENT OF SECTION 2. Section 2 of the Principal Regulation is re9ealed and is re9laced with the Eollowing:- "2.
