Papua New Guinea • National Gazette ·PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PROHIBITION OF FISHING ACTIVITY • l. Tom Horik, Chairman of the National Fisheries Board, by virtue of the powers vested in the Board under Section 30 of the Fisheries Management Act. 1998 -and all other powers me enabling and upon recommendation of the Managing Director, hereby prohibit the harvesting, b u y ing. Selling and exporting of all Sedentary Organisms and products by non-citizen, unless licensed to do so. Dated this 2nd day of April, 2002. T. HORIK, Chairman, National Fisheries Board.
