NEW SECTION 25B. The Principal Act is amended by inserting immediately after Section 25A the following new section: “25B. A FOREIGN ENTERPRISE GRANTED CERTIFICATE. A foreign enterprise that is the holder of a certificate that is in force under the Manus Special Economic Region Act 2022 shall be deemed for all purposes of this Act to have been granted a certificate under this Part.”.
