(1) Where, immediately before the coming into operation of this amendment, any action done by the Commissioner General in terms of transfers pursuant to the trust instruments established for the purposes of the log development levy established under Section 121A, that action does not, on the coming into operation, abate or discontinue, and is not in any way affected by the amendment in Section 1 to invalidate the tran;ifers. (2) Despite Subsection (1), the Commissioner of the Papua New Guinea Customs Services is responsible for the administration, accounting and reporting of the trust accounts from the financial years 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2012." .
