Interpretation (Amendment of Section 2). No. of 2015. ANACT entitled Fisheries (Management)(Amendment) Act 2015, Being an Act to amend the Fisheries (Management) Act 1998, MADE by the National Parliament INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2). Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended - (a) by deleting the definition of "exclqsive economic zone" and repiacing it with the following new definition: . • ""exclusive economic zone" has the meaning given to it by the Maritime Zones Act 2015;"; and (b) by deleting the definition of"intemal waters" and replacing it with the following new definition: ""internal waters" has the meaning given to it by the Maritime Zones Act 2015;". I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Fisheries (Management)(Amendment) Act 2015 which has been made by the National Parliament.
