In these Rules, unless the contrary intention appears “the Area” means the . 2. RESTRICTION ON USE OF FIREARMS. Firearms shall not be taken into the Area except by a person who owns land within the Area. 3. RESTRICTION ON TAKING FAUNA. Fauna shall not be taken in the Area except dogs and pigs which may be taken by a person who owns land within the Area. 4. RESTRICTION ON LIGHTING FIRES. (1) Fires shall not be lit within the Area except fires lit to clear gardens by persons who own land in the Area. (2) Fires lit by owners of land in the Area shall be controlled by the owners.
