(a) deleting the word "or" appearing between the words "Bougainville" and "the" and inserting a comma in its stead; and
(b) deleting the full stop at the end of the word "District"; and
(c) inserting the following after the word "District": "the Hagen Open Electorate, the Kokopo Open Electorate and Lae Open Electorate.".
