Artículo 19° del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones administrativas. de la SUNAT, aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 115- Que, vista la propuesta presentada por la Gerencia de 2002-PCM; Fiscalización Minera con opinión favorable de la Gerencia Legal; SE RESUELVE: SE RESUELVE:

Artículo 1°.- Dejar sin efecto la designación del Artículo 1º.- Aprobar el Cuadro de tipificación de señor Ángel David Heredia Riega como representante infracciones de seguridad e higiene minera. de la SUNAT ante el CETICOS Matarani, efectuada Artículo 2º.- Publicar la presente Resolución en el mediante Resolución de Superintendencia Nº 025- Diario Oficial El Peruano, en el portal del Estado Peruano 2009/SUNAT. y en el portal institucional del OSINERGMIN.
