Aprueban la Convención Marco de Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Climático Resolución Legislativa N° 26185 EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA POR CUANTO: El Congreso Constituyente Democrático ha dado la Resolución Legislativa siguiente: El Congreso Constituyente Democrático, en uso de la atribución que le confieren los artículos 102o. y 186o. inciso 3) de la Constitución Política del Perú y el artículo 2o. de su Reglamento, ha resuelto aprobar la CONVENCION MARCO DE NACIONES UNIDAS SOBRE EL CAMBIO CLIMATICO, adoptado Nueva York el 09 de Mayo de 1992 y suscrita por el Perú en Río de Janeiro el 12 de Junio de 1992. Comuníquese al Presidente de la República para su promulgación. En Lima, a los diez días del mes de Mayo de mil novecientos noventa y tres.
