er"p~ruoJ!.o Sistema Peruano de Informacion .luridica Viernes, 19 de junio de 2009 CONGRESO DE LA REPUBLICA Ley que deroga los Decretos Legislativos N°s. 1090 y 1064 LEY N° 29382 EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA POR CUANTO: EI Congreso de la Republica Ha dado la Ley siguiente: EL CONGRESO DE LA REPUBLICA; Ha dado ta Ley siguiente: LEY QUE DEROGA LOS DECRETOS LEGISLATIVOS W's.1090 Y 1064 Articulo 1.- Derogaci6n Der6ganse el Decreta Leqislativo ND 1090, que aprueba la ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre, sus normas modificatorias y su Reglamento; y el Decreta Leqialativo N° 1064, que aprueba el Regimen Juridico para el Aprovechamiento de las Tierras de Usa Agrario. Articulo 2.- Deja sin efeeto el articulo 1 de la Ley N° 29376 Dejase sin efecto el articulo 1 de la Ley N° 29376, Ley que suspende ta aplicaci6n de los Decretos Legislativos N°s. 1090 y 1064. Comunicase at senor Presidente de ta Republica para su promulgaci6n. En Lima, a los dieciocho dias del mes de junio de dos mil nueve.
