Ley No. 27353 Promulgada el 11.OCTUBRE.2000 Publicada el 12.OCTUBRE.2000 Ley No. 27353 EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICAPOR CUANTO:El Congreso de la República ha dado la Ley siguiente:EL CONGRESO DE LA REPÚBLICA;Ha dado la Ley siguiente: LEY QUE DEROGA LA OCTAVA DISPOSICIÓN COMPLEMENTARIA, TRANSITORIA Y FINAL DE LA LEY N° 27314, LEY GENERAL DE RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS Artículo Único.- Derogatoria Derógase la Octava Disposición Complementaria, Transitoria y Final de la Ley N° 27314, Ley General de Residuos Sólidos. Comuníquese al señor Presidente de la República para su promulgación.
