Artículo 38 de la Ley Nº 27444; DECRETA:
Artículo 1.- Aprobar el Texto Único de Procedimientos Administrativos - TUPA del Proyecto de Investigación y Extensión Agrícola - PIEA, según el Anexo que forma parte integrante del presente Decreto Supremo.
Artículo 2.- El presente Decreto Supremo será refrendado por el Ministro de Agricultura. Dado en la Casa de Gobierno, en Lima, a los veintiocho días del mes de febrero del año dos mil dos. Regístrese, comuníquese y publíquese.
